1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes a public offer by SEOBROTHERS CY LTD (hereinafter referred to
as the Provider) to any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the User) to enter
into an agreement for the provision of online boxing training services via the website
https://alekseevboxing.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer shall be deemed to occur when the User
completes payment for the selected course.
1.3. Upon acceptance of this offer, a legally binding agreement is deemed concluded between
the Provider and the User.

2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Provider agrees to grant the User access to a paid online boxing course through a
personal account on the Website, as well as additional materials as described in the selected
course package.
2.2. Services are provided remotely in digital format, including but not limited to: video lessons,
written guides, private chat access, and personal video reviews - depending on the selected plan.

3. Payment and Access Terms
3.1. Current pricing, package descriptions, and course contents are as follows:
(a) Basic Course - 59 EUR
2 months full course access

(b) Standard Course - 79 EUR

3.2. Payment is processed via the Stripe payment system. Debit/credit cards are accepted.
3.3. Access to the course will be granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
3.4. Access duration depends on the selected plan as specified above.

4. Rights and Obligations
The Provider agrees to:
4.1. Provide timely access to the purchased materials.
4.2. Maintain technical availability of the training platform.
4.3. Offer feedback and support (where applicable according to the course plan).
The User agrees to:
4.4. Not share login credentials with third parties.
4.5. Not reproduce, distribute, or publish the course content without written permission.
4.6. Use all materials strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Refund Policy
5.1. All courses are digital products and are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5.2. However, if the User contacts the Provider within 7 days of purchase due to a valid reason
(e.g. technical issues, medical emergencies), the request may be considered on a case-by-case
basis.
5.3. Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Provider and processed within 10
business days.
5.4. All refund inquiries must be submitted to info@alekseevboxing.com.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course materials and content provided via the Website are the intellectual property of the
Provider.
6.2. Copying, distribution, resale, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited without prior
written consent.7. Final Provisions
7.1. This offer is effective from the moment it is published on the Website and remains valid until
revoked.
7.2. The Provider reserves the right to update the terms of this offer unilaterally by posting a
new version on the Website.
7.3. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
7.4. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, disputes will be
handled in accordance with the applicable courts in the Republic of Cyprus.
